What You’ll Be Doing

As part of a collaborative EMEA HR team, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations smooth and people supported across multiple countries. Your key responsibilities will include:

🧾 Running payroll and benefits for employees in the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland

🗣️ Acting as an HR advisor on topics like absences, performance, local labor laws, and more

🔧 Identifying efficiency improvements and helping to streamline HR processes

📚 Staying current with local employment legislation and ensuring compliance

🎁 Managing benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, and yearly renewals

🤝 Collaborating with internal teams and external HR vendors

What You Bring

🕔 5+ years in a Generalist HR role (international experience preferred)

🇬🇧🇳🇱 Knowledge of UK and Dutch employment law, including ARBO regulations

📊 Strong analytical skills – you're confident working with numbers

📅 Excellent organizational and time management abilities

🙌 Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude

💬 Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus!)

💻 Proficient in Excel; Workday experience is a bonus

🔐 High level of confidentiality, integrity, and communication skills
