Machine Learning Compiler Engineer

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Compiler Engineer to join the R&D team at a fast paced semiconductor company BASED IN ZURICH.

You’ll be building the software stack for their solutions that are redefining performance and efficiency for embedded systems!

What you’ll do:

• Optimize performance-critical code for microcontrollers and DSPs
• Invent and implement novel algorithms for AI and signal processing workloads
• Collaborate across hardware-software boundaries to build something truly unique

What you bring:

• PhD + 2 years experience in embedded systems - microcontrollers, DSPs, low-power compute (MSc + 3 years considered)
• Strong C, C++ and Python skills
• Experience with AI/neural networks and performance profiling
• Fluent with modern development practices: Git, CI, CMake and automated CI
• MLIR/LLVM or HW/SW co-design.
• Embedded inference frameworks like IREE, TVM, or TensorFlow Lite Micro.
