About us

Italia Gas e Luce, a power and gas supplier, is owned by two very successful American businessmen. One of the owners, the President of the Company, is looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant and Project Manager for our Lido di Camaiore Office.

The role

The President manages his businesses both in the US and Italy, dividing his time between the two continents. He is looking for an Executive Assistant and Project Manager that will assist him in business and private cycles in Italy.

We are looking for a bright and eager resource seeking the opportunity of a professional growth, who will learn invaluable skillsets working on the post. 

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the President, keeping the highest level of discretion on all matters. 
• Manage and report on the progress of the projects assigned.
• Collaborate with internal Staff as well as external consultants and stakeholders to ensure completion of cycles and respect of deadlines.
• Manage the President’s business and personal agenda when in Italy.
• Liaise with members of the President’s professional and personal network.
• Organize business and personal trips.
• Translate and help with communication in Italian.

Requirements

• Perfect written and spoken Italian and English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and report in a clear and precise way.
• Highly organized and used to working with deadlines.
• Problem solving attitude.
• PC literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (more specifically Outlook, Excel and Word).

Salary will be commensurate to candidate’s skills and experiences.
