Job Title: Commercial Data Analyst

Location: Dublin West (Hybrid)

Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 plus bonus, pension, and health

  • 3+ years’ experience in business analytics, finance, or consultancy.

  • Commercially savvy and confident simplifying complex data for decision-makers.
  • Proactive and driven, ready to grow with a scaling business.


Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Head of Finance and supporting senior leadership, this role will be pivotal in delivering data insights through Power BI:

  • Power BI Dashboarding – Build, refine, and own dashboards that inform business performance.
  • Data Visualisation – Present complex datasets clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Insight Generation – Use data storytelling to drive commercial and operational improvements.
  • Business Partnering – Collaborate with finance, ops, and executive teams to shape strategic actions.
  • Forecasting & Modelling – Leverage Power BI to support dynamic planning scenarios.
  • Data Infrastructure – Ensure data sources feeding dashboards are robust and scalable.
  • Process Automation – Help optimise reporting workflows through intelligent Power BI solutions.
  • KPI Monitoring – Develop performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
