Freelance Project Manager

Location: Netherlands (On-site/Hybrid)

Start Date: ASAP

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and realize complex change projects across business and ICT domains
• Develop the project scope and align goals and deliverables with the client and steering committee
• Create and maintain a multidisciplinary project organization
• Motivate and lead the project team, ensuring effective collaboration
• Set up project control tools and acquire necessary resources
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met
• Inform and involve stakeholders, including those outside the immediate project environment
• Functionally direct and coordinate project activities, the project team, and suppliers; adjust as needed
• Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ICT and/or business transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2)
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project environments
• Available to work on-site or in a hybrid model in the Netherlands
