Junior IT Admin (m/f/x)

Our projects are quite diverse in domains, technology, and setup, so we carefully analyze our customers’ processes and needs to deliver state-of-the-art software that makes their lives easier. Your daily tasks will include

• handling typical workstation problems (MS office suite support, drivers and printing issues) on Windows, Linux and MacOS
• license management
• resource planning
• providing support for all employees using chat and helpdesk systems
• providing and improving company wide infrastructure (network, notebooks, etc.)
• improving and adapting our processes in a fast growing company
• keeping our infrastructure up and running

The following will make you succeed in this role

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support and assistance to your colleagues
• fluency in both English and German to ensure effective communication with the team
• proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting computer issues, including the ability to differentiate between hardware and software problems
• solid skills in daily Windows operations and troubleshooting, with an interest in learning Linux and MacOS
• ability to maintain and service a range of devices, including notebooks, access points, printers, screens, cables, and adapters
• basic knowledge of networking concepts to ensure seamless device connectivity
• passion for automation, with scripting skills being a significant plus, or a strong interest in learning how to automate tasks
