End User Services Intern

Your Mission

• Provide on-site technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. - Assist with setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV equipment for meetings and events (projectors, microphones, video conferencing). - Support the coordination and execution of internal IT for events, including equipment setup and basic user training. - Help with IAM tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures. - Document issues and solutions accurately within the IT service management system. - Maintain IT equipment inventory and support asset tracking activities. - Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices in IT service delivery and workplace support.

• Availability to be onsite in Zurich 5 days per week (8am - 5pm) - A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a strong desire to help others - Empathy for users, with the ability to understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate effectively with teammates - Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset - Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and embrace challenges with a mindset focused on continuous improvement - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a positive approach to setbacks as learning opportunities - Basic familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, iOS) is a plus
