Network Engineer

Your Tasks

• Providing technical support for upgrades and changes to the current and new Cisco infrastructure (e.g. Software Defined Networks “SDN” migration);
• Assist with 2nd and 3rd level escalations, incident troubleshooting and problem resolution;
• Supply the installation, technical, support and maintenance documentation and On-Call service;
• Perform installation of the necessary network configuration, maintenance and support activities in production and other environments, following the organisation processes and procedures;
• Change and release management activities related to the secure Cisco infrastructure.

Requirements

• University Degree and at least 10 years of IT professional experience;
• More than 9 years of experience in Network and collaboration solutions in large enterprise environments;
• Participation in a minimum of 5 projects involving in network design and deployment;
• Good knowledge of CISCO Networks;
• Certification: CCNP;
• Excellent command of the English language.
