• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Kunststofftechnik, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Ähnlichem (Uni, FH, HTL)
• Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Methoden- und Sozialkompetenz
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

• Wesentliche Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung technisch robuster und wirtschaftlich optimierter Fertigungsprozesse
• Verantwortung für die Industrialisierung von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
• Zuständigkeit für die Projektierung, Beschaffung und Abnahme produktspezifischer Maschinen, Anlagen, Werkzeuge und Prüfmittel
