We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with deep expertise in AI and machine learning to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions to solve complex business problems, working with cutting-edge models and technologies such as LLMs and multimodal architectures. You’ll collaborate across functions to drive innovation and deliver real-world impact through intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific applications
• Build and maintain scalable data processing pipelines for model training and inference
• Implement model deployment strategies using MLOps best practices
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to identify opportunities and deliver AI-powered solutions
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with transformer models and large language models (LLMs)
• Proficiency in model optimization techniques including quantization, pruning, and distillation
• Experience with MLOps tools and workflows for scalable model deployment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience working with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for multimodal tasks
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search techniques
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in applying AI in industrial, manufacturing, or real-time environments
