We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master (8+ years) to join one of the top players in the financial sector! You’ll be part of a high-performing agile environment focused on value delivery, coaching, and continuous improvement.

📍 Dublin-based | Hybrid (3 weeks WFH, 1 week in-office per month)

👉 Stamp 4 visa or EU passport required

What you will do:

🔹 Collaborate closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams

🔹 Drive agile ceremonies and remove delivery obstacles

🔹 Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and agile metrics to support delivery

🔹 Champion agile principles and team development

🔹 Be part of a strong, supportive Scrum Master Chapter
