About the Role

• The role involves building and deploying Generative AI applications from start to finish. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to understand needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI applications using Gen AI technologies.
• Translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Deploy prototypes into production with IT support.
• Explore data to identify valuable use cases.
• Present results clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with business experts, IT, and fellow data scientists.

🎓 Required Background

• Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a business setting.

💻 Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Azure and Azure AI Services.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of AI/statistical methods and full AI project lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and scalable deployment.

💡 Soft Skills & Attitude

• Passionate about AI and continuous learning.
• Strong communicator and team collaborator.
• Able to manage AI projects independently.
• Experience working with both technical and business teams.
• Telecom knowledge is a plus.
