ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist

Conexus is partnered with a Global Consulting Partner to source an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Technical Implementation Specialist to join a digital transformation project in Helsinki.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing a new ServiceNow solution, with a strong focus on automation, AI capabilities, and DevOps integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Configure and extend Virtual Agent with advanced NLU and orchestration
• Integrate DevOps Change Velocity and Digital Product Release pipelines
• Implement AI Assist and Predictive Intelligence for end users and agents
• Customise mobile apps and walk-up experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations
• Strong understanding of Virtual Agent, NLU, and orchestration
• Experience with DevOps integration's and release management
• Familiarity with AI Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and mobile customisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
