Business / Product Manager (Antwerpen)

Mission Overview:

The role of a Business Owner now focuses on consultancy missions at client sites through Keystone Solutions. This position supports the growth of a digital self-service platform dedicated to empowering municipalities with a comprehensive digital overview of their sewer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business and service owners as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals, stakeholder input, and business value.
• Develop business cases and ensure supporting processes are in place for platform evolution while working closely with the client.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and SCRUM team to deliver new features on client projects.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal (engineering, digital, innovation, account management) and external (cities, municipalities, partners) stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption by ensuring the platform meets customer needs and delivers tangible value as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
  
  
  

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in business ownership, product management, or digital transformation.
• Strong skills in business requirements gathering, change management, and user journey design.
• Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable priorities.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch; English is a plus.
