Reporting Specialist

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting, encompassing complex SQL (PostgreSQL) queries to interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Automate data delivery through Slack bots, scheduled email reports, and Python scripts.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for collection strategies, call scripts, and AI experiments.
• Conduct segmentation, cohort, and behavioral analyses to identify performance trends across customer groups and DPD buckets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, data, operations) and external vendors to align analysis with business objectives.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and transparency across all sources and calculations.
• Provide actionable insights through before/after comparisons, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition to support decision-making.
• Support the transition of manual Excel reporting to standardized BI pipelines.

Expected Outcomes:

• Automate 100% of recurring reports, ensuring accessibility in BI without manual intervention.
• Establish unified  reporting tools across all markets and teams.
• Implement and actively utilize analytical frameworks for pilot evaluations and A/B testing.
• Minimize data discrepancies and reporting errors through standardized logic.
• Implement cohort analytics to track debtor behavior, repayment patterns, and long-term results.

Required Professional Qualifications:

• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL), including complex joins, window functions, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboards, and data refresh setup.
• Experience in Python for automation tasks such as API integration, data formatting, custom reporting, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with task scheduling tools
• Understanding of collection processes and KPIs, or a strong eagerness to learn quickly.
• Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, retention, and funnel tracking.
• Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences through visualization, storytelling, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience in migrating manual reports to standardized BI tools.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in EN/RU/UA (written and spoken).
