Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and certified Senior IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects across the organization. This role requires strong project leadership capabilities, with a focus on Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate must hold a Scrum Master certification and have a successful track record managing complex IT projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level IT projects across applications and digital platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Apply Agile principles and Scrum methodology to manage sprints, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress against goals, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and governance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners where applicable.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including Agile delivery leadership.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) is mandatory.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex projects across business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, project governance, and change management.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
