We’re looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead infrastructure and system operations for a fast-growing tech-driven e-commerce company.
Key Requirements:
– 10+ years in IT infrastructure, 3+ years in leadership
– Strong in vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, Kubernetes
– Hands-on with CI/CD, DevOps, network security
– Disaster recovery & backup experience (e.g. Veeam, Zabbix)
– Knowledge of PCI DSS & ISO 27001
– Bonus: AWS/Azure/GCP experience, cybersecurity certifications
Responsibilities:
– Lead IT teams (system admins, DevOps, security, network)
– Build and execute short/long-term IT strategies
– Ensure high availability, performance & continuity
– Drive compliance, risk mitigation, and process improvement
Working Model: Hybrid, İstanbul
