You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and monitor payroll and administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to set and check processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Support HR in Payroll & Admin processes and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Harmonize HR process documentation with local legislation, GDPR regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Analyze HR processes to increase efficiency and prepare for automation using RPA technology.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to digitalize HR processes.
  • Analyze HR processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency, build reports, data analytics for smooth HR products
  • Collaborate with HR team members and the IT department to digitalize HR processes.
  • Ensure the quality of data.
  • Set, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare business reports as required.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools, talent analytics, and digital onboarding systems.


What your profile should cover:

  • University Degree and fluent English.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools and digital onboarding systems.
  • Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Driving license B.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in complex corporate structures.
