Business Analyst & Strategic Project Manager (f/m/d) Your Tasks

• Conduct market, industry and competition reviews; perform benchmark exercises
• Collaborate with team to align strategic goals with the company's strategic objectives
• Assist in developing project strategies and execution plans
• Identify potential risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
• Communicate financial performance to senior management and project teams
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional COOs, finance, local management team and project management
• Present financial information and project updates to stakeholders
  
  

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration preferably with a focus on Strategy, Innovation or Management Control or similar education
• 3 years relevant professional experience e.g. from a global Accountancy Consultancy
• Ability to understand and assess complex business cases and develop solution approaches
• Excellent command of English
• Conceptual and strategic thinking linked with a high orientation to implement as well as analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and various data sources
• Capacity to analyse data objectively, applying logic
• Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, able to work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
• Advanced Excel skills and be proficient in PowerPoint for presentation purposes
• Work with cross-functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments
