Market Research Analyst and Project Manager

Since 2002, Potentialpark has been providing professional market research and consulting services with the aim of improving the communication between talent and employers. We are now looking for a market research analyst and project manager to join the Product team as soon as possible.

Who you are

• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and care in your work
• An effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, across multicultural teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable delivering ideas with strong presentation skills
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and drive them
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment — adaptable, resourceful, and quick-thinking
• Organized and self-motivated, with demonstrated time management skills and ownership of meeting deadlines
  
  

You are equipped with

• A relevant university degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, or similar
• Strong understanding of research design, quantitative analysis, and data visualization
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, Looker other BI/reporting tools
• Previous experience in report writing, analytics, or market research preferred
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken) Additional language skills in German, French, or Italian are highly valued
• Previous experience in employer branding, university relationships management (alumni, student associations) is a bonus
• Good understanding of databases and SQL is a bonus
  
  

What you will do

Data and Analysis

• Solve complex data questions using evidence-based research
• Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of online questionnaires and surveys
• Perform data cleaning, preparation, and analysis using Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
• Support Key Account Managers with report delivery and client-facing insights
• Participate in product development meetings and research innovation activities
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and provide business-critical insights
• Balance long-term projects with time-sensitive priorities in a dynamic environment
  
  

Project & Program Management

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from start to delivery: from planning, to execution and height of thought in the analysis and client usability
• Build frameworks for scalable processes around data collection, management, and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, partnerships)
  
  

Communication & Presentation

• Present insights to leadership teams and stakeholders using strong communication and storytelling skills
• Develop well-written, visually engaging reports and presentations
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including universities and student associations
