Junior Project Manager

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client a leading global healthcare company ranked #10 on the Fortune 500. Currently looking for Junior Project Manager - Project Coordinator.

The role is a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent extension (the project is expected to last at least 3 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the payroll program on coordination efforts (program meetings, Meeting minutes etc.)
• Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial resources are managed effectively.
• Own and maintain program enabled collateral (Vendor Info Files, RAID logs, Program Timelines)
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Some experience in project analysis, project coordinator or similar role
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Team player with strong problem-solving and time management abilities

The offered salary is up to 2400 eur/gross.
