Position Overview

At allnex, the HR Generalist is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. If you're a people-person looking to further your career in the exciting world of HR, this is the best place to dive. We're in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions in the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Advising managers and employees on internal local and global HR policies and practices and local labor Law
• Active participation in learning and development planning and execution of training programs
• Onboarding and off-boarding, participate in global onboarding.
• Recruitment – support in ensuring hiring managers gets the right person in place. Cooperation with talent acquisition team
• Employer branding and internal communication activities for Allnex Latvia
• Back up for HR specialist (payroll, contracts and agreements etc.)
• Proactively participating in HR continuous improvement
• Provide analytical and well documented HR reports and KPIs
• Participation in Global HR projects.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, finance, HR, law or similar
• 3-4 years of HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of Latvian labor Law
• Knowledge of policies and procedures
• Experience in HR and understanding of HR processes
• Experience with HR IT systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Latvian
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Strategic, results-driven approach with good time management.
