Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Analyst to support across product, growth, and strategy teams. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building scalable reporting frameworks, and generating insights that directly shape how we grow and serve our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical acumen and a desire to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Extract and analyze data across user behavior, market performance, and operational efficiency.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports that drive visibility into performance metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams.

2. Cross-Functional Decision Support

• Partner closely with product managers, marketers, and the CEO to inform decision-making with robust analysis.
• Scope and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, growth initiatives), providing pre- and post-mortem analysis.
• Support go-to-market strategies with customer, channel, and market analytics.

3. Operational Optimization & Forecasting

• Identify bottlenecks in internal operations and recommend process improvements.
• Build models and forecasts to support planning across sales, finance, and product teams.
• Work on special projects related to pricing, customer segmentation, and retention.

4. Competitive & Market Intelligence

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Help synthesize external data with internal performance to shape strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth startup in an analytical role.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau); bonus for Python or R.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication abilities—able to distill data into compelling narratives.
• Highly collaborative and organized; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in PropTech, AI, or real estate is a plus—but not required.
