Generative AI Engineer

We're looking for a Generative AI Engineer to strengthen our Engineering Team.

You will be part of a cross-functional, stream-aligned team responsible for end-to-end product delivery, following Agile practices like TDD, pair programming, and CI/CD.

As an AI Engineer, you'll design and build intelligent agents for Cleafy Copilot, our next-generation fraud-analysis assistant.

Responsibilities:

Designing, implementing, and optimizing AI agents to meet specific project goals
Integrate AI with existing infrastructure, ensure system scalability and maintain documentation
Design RAG systems, develop PoCs for emerging Agentic solutions, and optimize inference costs
Enforce AI security measures and data privacy compliance
Collaborate with Product team, IT, and business stakeholders, while guiding DevOps on deployment needs

Requirements

BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related disciplines
2-3 years of experience in related roles
Strong understanding of AI frameworks, like Flowise, Langchain/LangGraph, and Prompt Engineering
Experience building and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications
Experience with RAG, Fine tuning and Agentic AI applications
Proven track record of developing robust, efficient, and user-friendly AI solutions.
Understanding of agile development methodologies & tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
Ability to work with version control systems (git) and related best practices (pull requests, git flow, etc.)
Experience with containers and CI/CD tools
Knowledge of cloud-based environments and related services such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
Fluency in English is a must
