Job Title: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX & User Journey Expert)

Employment Type: Full-time (in-house/remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into compelling visual stories and seamless experiences.
• Design holistic user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of product vision.
• Advocate for best practices in UX and maintain design consistency across products.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and user journey work.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strategic thinker who understands the impact of design on business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-growth startups or high-profile product teams.
• Background in psychology, HCI, or related disciplines.
