We're Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Omnichannel & Call Center)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, with a focus on Omnichannel for Customer Service.
• Implement integrations with Call Center platforms and telephony systems.
• Build custom workflows, plugins, and components using JavaScript and C#/.NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure high performance, usability, and supportability of CRM solutions.

✅ Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer.
• Proven expertise with Omnichannel for Customer Service and Call Center implementations.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience working with custom connectors, channel providers, and voice integration.
• Understanding of Dataverse, plugin development, and solution deployment best practices.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Communication Services or third-party voice platforms.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for D365 projects.
