About the Role


We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in Argentina to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Hanwha Vision’s security products. This role requires a proactive, strategic sales professional with proven experience in the video surveillance industry. The RSM will build and strengthen relationships with distributors, integrators, and key end-users, working closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.


🔴 Important: Only candidates with proven experience in the video surveillance or electronic security industry will be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Hanwha Vision’s market presence in Argentina.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, and key end-users.
  • Provide expert guidance on Hanwha Vision's video surveillance solutions, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend solutions based on client requirements.
  • Maintain and update CRM opportunity management systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking.
  • Lead virtual and in-person meetings with customers to present solutions and oversee project progress.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to develop go-to-market strategies and support business growth.


Qualifications & Requirements


5+ years of proven experience in the video surveillance industry (mandatory).

Strong B2B sales experience, particularly in managing relationships with distributors and integrators.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Ability to travel within Argentina as required.
