About The Role 🤔

As a Digital Asset Operations Manager, you will lead Immutable’s Digital Asset Operations, responsible for treasury operations, financial controls, compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with our VP of Finance and cross-functional teams in Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Security to ensure robust financial governance in the Web3 space.

You will manage Immutable’s digital asset treasury, ensure operational accuracy, and maintain high standards of compliance and risk management. This is a high-trust role that requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to navigate the fast-evolving landscape of blockchain finance.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

Manage Immutable’s digital asset treasury, overseeing financial operations, security protocols, and compliance frameworks

Develop and enhance financial controls to ensure the security and integrity of Immutable’s digital asset holdings

Oversee treasury operations, including the coordination of asset transfers, payments, and operational reporting.

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Manage crypto treasury systems and tools, including wallets, block explorers, Jira Boards, and data dashboards

Improve internal digital asset management processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation

Provide insights and analysis on blockchain transactions, financial performance, and operational trends

Support senior finance leadership, acting as a strategic partner to ensure robust financial governance

Act as a key liaison for internal teams and external partners regarding digital asset operations and security

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

5+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury management, or a data-heavy financial role

Strong expertise in treasury management, financial controls, and risk compliance within a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free financial operations

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial data analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial and technical operations clearly

Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to design, implement, and iterate on financial processes

Experience in control and risk audit processes, ensuring financial governance in digital asset management

A passion for digital assets, blockchain, and the evolving Web3 financial landscape

Bonus Points For ✅

Experience in blockchain transaction analysis or familiarity with on-chain financial reporting

Prior experience working in Web3, crypto, or DeFi

Strong operational experience in startups, high-growth companies, or financial technology firms

Background in financial planning, risk assessment, or digital asset strategy
