Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer at Eglės sanatorija has no location - you can work from home or our offices in Druskininkai, Birštonas, Vilnius. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, branding, and typography elements for various projects.

Design Compliance: Develop layouts and advertising materials that align with the Republic of Lithuania's Advertising, Data Protection, and other regulatory laws.

Brand Consistency: Create style guides and graphic design assets for sanatorium partners, media, and internal teams, offering guidance and support to maintain brand integrity.

Timely Delivery: Ensure all designs meet technical and format standards and are delivered on time.

Collaborative Projects: Contribute actively to various commercial and sanatorium projects.

Reporting & Improvement: Provide regular updates on progress, along with actionable suggestions to enhance processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in layout and design.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) and other design software.

Core Competencies: Strong result orientation, high digital and design literacy, conceptual thinking, and effective research skills.

Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization.

Language Skills: Knowledge of English, German, and Russian is a plus.

Advanced Skills: Familiarity with AI-based design tools and animation creation is a significant advantage.

Salary: €1,300 - €1,900/month (pre-tax) plus bonuses depeding on personal, team and company achievments.
