Senior Golang Engineer

Full Circle Partners are seeking Senior Golang Engineers to join a fast-growing trading technology business that’s reshaping the infrastructure powering modern markets. As a Senior Golang Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building, running, and optimising performance-critical systems that enable seamless trading experiences at scale.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain high-performance trading systems using Golang

• Design scalable systems for ultra-low-latency execution

• Write efficient, fault-tolerant code integrated with complex financial infrastructure

• Continuously improve existing platforms, reducing latency, boosting performance

• Mentor peers and contribute to technical leadership and code reviews

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years in software development (minimum)

• Strong Golang experience (Go-first environment)

• Solid understanding of WebSockets and Go idioms

• Background in high-volume, fault-tolerant systems (ideally trading platforms)

• AWS experience is essential

• Comfortable with C++ and RDBMS (MySQL preferred)

• Ability to optimise queries and troubleshoot issues

• Experience or interest in functional programming

• Strong documentation habits and written communication skills
