About the Role:

As a leader, you will act as a recognized expert in IT project management, a distinction typically earned through advanced education and over 10 years of relevant experience. You will manage multiple complex projects or coordinated project groups that have a significant business impact, requiring the ability to align the interests of diverse teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams and temporary project organizations to deliver IT solutions.
• Manage several large-scale, complex projects or multi-project programs with high business value.
• Ensure all initiatives are delivered within scope, on budget, and on schedule while maintaining quality.
• Align project objectives with broader organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-delivery projects or programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills across various business functions.
• A recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is strongly preferred.
