Job description

• The external staff will support the decommissioning project in

1. Drafting business requirements and application requirements specifications for Legal Archiving and Legal Hold based on input from Subject Matter Experts and Business
2. Define meta data structures and meta data rules for records being archived and documents being stored in the Legal Hold solution; such meta data is required to find back records and documents in investigation cases

Technical know-how

• Basic SQL knowledge

Banking know-how

• General banking know how
• Legal archiving know how

As an advantage

• Wealth Management / Private Banking
• Institutional Banking

Tool know-how

• No specific requirements
• Any know-how in any core banking application or client relationship management application being an advantage

Language skills

• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in German would be considered a valuable asset
