Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in São Paulo, SP. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, creating promotional materials for social media and events, coordinating with sales teams, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing data
• Experience in Sales and supporting sales teams
• Experience with social media tools
• Ability to develop and implement effective Marketing Strategies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus
• Contacts with media outlets is a plus
