Senior Interface Manager

An international consultancy company are currently seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Senior Interface Manager to join our project delivery team for a major dairy farm development initiative in Algeria. This strategic role is pivotal to the success of the project, ensuring effective coordination across all technical and operational interfaces, and maintaining alignment among stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary focal point for managing all technical and operational interfaces across the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain robust communication channels between design, engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams.
• Identify interface risks and develop mitigation plans to support seamless integration across disciplines and packages.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with project requirements, standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead coordination workshops and interface reviews; facilitate resolution of technical and programmatic conflicts.
• Oversee interface documentation, including interface management plans, registers, and control procedures.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in interface management on large-scale infrastructure, agricultural, or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex interfaces involving multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project execution phases including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working in international environments; prior exposure to agricultural or food production projects is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is essential; working knowledge of French and/or Arabic is a distinct advantage.
