IT Administrator

About the Role:

Driven Properties is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our team at Driven Properties, based exclusively at our headquarters office in Emaar Square. This role requires a hands-on approach with a minimum of 60 days of initial training on our internal systems to ensure smooth integration into the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor network infrastructure, servers, and system performance

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

Perform regular data backups and ensure system security and integrity

Provide end-user support and technical assistance across departments

Set up and maintain hardware, workstations, and software environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar technical role

Strong knowledge of network configurations, server management, and IT troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong advantage

A valid UAE driving license is a plus
