The Role

As a Service Reliability Engineer Consultant, you will:

  • Ensure Availability & Reliability
  • Lead 24×7 operational support and incident management to maintain high service uptime across client's solutions.
  • Partner with DevOps Teams
  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to embed reliability best practices throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Process Development
  • Design and optimize operational processes—including incident, problem, change, and event management—to improve responsiveness and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
  • Drive Proactive Improvements
  • Identify system bottlenecks, propose automation initiatives, and implement enhancements to prevent future incidents.
  • On-Call Rotation
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately every 5–6 weeks) to promptly address critical alerts and support tickets.


What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in supporting 24×7 availability services
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, event management)
  • Hands-on customer support experience, adept at both technical troubleshooting and stakeholder communication
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
  • Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Terraform, etc.)
  • Proficiency with observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus)
