Product Manager for AI Site Chat

Job Description

As a Product Manager in the AI Site Chat team, you'll shape the future of AI-powered conversational experiences that help businesses grow. Our product goes beyond customer support — it also proactively assists with sales, surfaces insights for business owners, and drives smarter decision-making through intelligent chat and search. You’ll work on tools that blend the best of human interaction and AI, helping users get instant answers, engage customers, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

• Define and execute product priorities that drive measurable value for users and align with business objectives
• Develop and manage a product roadmap that supports key use cases across customer support, sales, and business intelligence
• Ensure product success by tracking and improving core KPIs such as conversion rates, satisfaction scores, resolution time, and business impact
• Conduct user research and data analysis to uncover new opportunities for proactive AI-driven engagement and revenue growth
• Effectively communicate product vision, milestones, and progress to stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and leadership
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ship features powered by advanced language models that are accurate, trustworthy, and human-centric
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C, B2B SaaS, AI, or customer engagement platforms
• Strong technical understanding and curiosity about AI/ML technologies and their real-world applications
• Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to drive both user value and business outcomes
• Experience delivering product features for proactive engagement, sales enablement, or customer success — a strong plus
• Skilled in using data and user feedback to inform prioritization and product design
• Familiarity with support or CRM tools, chatbot platforms, or business analytics — an advantage
