We're looking for a Head of Product for the company - w7g.

w7g is a femtech company within the Genesis ecosystem that develops digital products to enhance women's well-being. We blend technology, fashion, and simple self-care principles to provide millions of women worldwide with access to resources that support their mental health, creativity, and inner strength.

Who We Are

• We are a team of over 45 professionals specializing in mobile app and game development, as well as fashion.
• 84% of our team are women — from developers and QA specialists to our fashion design department.
• We operate fully remotely.
• Our products have been downloaded over 25 million times, with hundreds of thousands of women returning to them each month.
  
  

Our Products

• FABU — a mental well-being app for women, offering a space for reflection, self-expression, and stress management. Available in Ukrainian and free for Ukrainian users.
• SUITSME — a fashion game where users style outfits, complete fashion challenges, and connect with a community of over 11,000 players. In 2024 alone, more than 50 million virtual looks were created.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and align the vision, strategy, and roadmap for existing products.
• Design innovative features to improve key metrics such as early retention, long-term engagement, and monetization.
• Lead a cross-functional product team (analyst, product manager, UI/UX designers, content manager).
• Ensure transparency and prioritization of the product backlog.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and achieve product goals.
• Establish and monitor product metrics to evaluate performance.
• Foster a strong product culture within the company.
  
  

Our Expectations

• Experience: At least 5 years in a Product Manager or Head of Product role, preferably in international companies.
• Results: Proven track record of successful product development with measurable outcomes.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and business-oriented capabilities.
• Language: English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Bonus: Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
