Senior Developer-PMIS

Job Description

Proven experience in PMWeb development and a strong exposure in handling the business requirements, transforming them into functional specs and technical development packages

Strong understanding of PMWeb functional modules as it applies to real estate development practices

Strong understanding & working knowledge of the development lifecycle & methodologies including waterfall & agile practices

3-5 years of experience in report development and data analysis, preferably with PMWeb or other project management systems.

Experience in construction, real estate, or property development industries is an advantage.
