As a Product Intern at Paynest, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform, driving the development of innovative features that empower employees and streamline financial processes for employers. As a Product Intern, you will take a part across the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your work will directly contribute to Paynest’s growth and success by delivering products that solve real problems for our users.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Development: Engage with users to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and desires. Use this insight to prioritize features and ensure Paynest's products provide real value.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new features to life. Ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance and user feedback to make informed decisions. Iterate on features to improve user satisfaction and product effectiveness.

• Product Management Experience: not mandatory but a plus.
