Role Location - Utrecht , Amsterdam(Hybrid)

Description:

• Making formal meeting notes at Board / Executive level
• Manage up-to-date project planning of all projects
• Issue and Risk management, chase items with project managers
• Acting as central point of overview for project status
• Process improvement and monitoring
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch language (flawless, speaker)
• Strong knowledge of English
• Requesting and organizing accounts, laptops
• Onboarding/offboarding of staff
• Knowledge of PRINCE2
• Knowledge of Agile way of working/methodology such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• PRINCE2 certified or similar
• Scrum Master certified or similar
