Backend Developer (Microservices) – 8+ Years Experience

We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable microservices using Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, and deploying via Azure AKS/Kubernetes. You’ll be deeply involved in the full software lifecycle—from solution design to hands-on delivery and code reviews—while working in an Agile environment.

Key Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years of backend development, with hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, AKS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Azure IAAS, and Github Actions
• Familiarity with Kafka and GraphQL is a plus
• Proven experience leading technical design, delivery, and team alignment
• Strong focus on balancing speed and quality in Agile Scrum teams
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with technical and business stakeholders
• English proficiency required; Dutch not needed
