CRM Manager (Turkish Speaking)

CRM Manager with focus on execution, planning and coordination of retention activities.

Promos/Bonuses/Campaigns

  • Execution of local promos
  • Being involved in promo planning, suggesting offers/mechanics that fall within technical capabilities of the brand's platform and tools, but also well-known and accepted offers for the Turkish users
  • Keeping track of ongoing promos for cost and performance analysis
  • Analyzing past campaign performances for improving engagement and activity


Communications

  • Responsible for content supervision of TR's off-site (email) and on-site communications (push - bell notifications, promo/landing pages) that are related to the bonuses/campaigns
  • Working closely with CRM and Content/Product teams to advise on the design and texts for proper localization


Coordination

  • Being the "go-to" person for other related teams such as Customer Support and Social Media to give them up-to-date info about the current campaigns. Also providing coordinational help for the execution of Social Media specific offers
  • Providing coordination between central and local team for any promotions being run in the local market


Requirements

Must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, within the Turkish Gaming market
  • A native Turkish speaker, fluent in English
  • Experience with a CRM tool (such as Optimove, Fast Track, Customer.io, Smartico etc.)
  • Experience and familiarity with an interface of a back office and a bonus tool


Nice to have:

  • A good understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycles and funnels
  • Previous experience on Fast Track
  • Previous experience in one of the large-size operators in the market
