Tasks
At the current stage of our company growth, expect to embrace a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Ensure the production of impactful solutions by leading and contributing to initiatives that drive business success
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and improvement
- Lead by example by driving best practices in the engineering Tribe. Help shape technical decision-making and influence the long-term direction of our technical stack
- A high energy mindset, biased toward action (building the product)
- 5+ years of professional experience
- High proficiency with Golang & PostgreSQL.
- Strong familiarity with AWS environment and general infrastructure (i.e. Terraform)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog
- Familiarity with modern collaboration tools: Linear App, Notion, Slack, Figma, Google suite
- Flexible remote or hybrid work (EMEA region only).
