So fun that you want to have your internship with us at Kappahl! You will work and contribute in various HR initiatives, employee and leadership programs and organizational development projects.

To have your internship with us, your internship needs to be included in an education or to take place through the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).

About The Role

As an intern in the People and Culture department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. Your tasks may include:

• Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing events and activities to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.
• HR Administration: Managing employee records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and career growth.
