Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of contracts, supplementary agreements, references and other HR-relevantdocuments.
• Contact person for our employees regarding HR-relevant systems and work-related issues.
• Data processing in our HR systems Success Factors and ICIMS.
• Creation, validation and evaluation of HR reports.
• Further development and implementation of HR processes in the HR team.
  
  

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

• Apprenticeship in the field of human resources or human resources management studies.
• First professional experience in a comparable position.
• Strong communication skills in German and very good knowledge of the English language.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as strong teamwork skills.
• Very careful, structured and detail-oriented way of working.
• Cool head in stressful situations.
