(Senior) Product Designer

The Product Designer will play a critical role in creating user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and an ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful and visually appealing products.

Requirements

• Able to conceptualize and explore different creative solutions to bring innovative ideas to market.

• Have experience in using Figma design system components, ensuring a consistent visual language and cohesive user experience across our products and platforms.

• Skilled in producing polished, production-level visual design.

• Proficient in prototyping design solutions using tools like Figma, Framer, or Protopie.

• Experienced in conducting user research to make design enhancements.

• Able to manage stakeholders expectations, set a clear vision, and secure cross-functional alignment.

• Plan and facilitate design thinking brainstorming workshops to support ideation and creation of UX artifacts for our product scoping and delivery planning.
