Project Delivery Manager

Role:

• Leading, coordinating, and managing the execution of scheduled factory projects
• Working cross functionally to understand requirements, partnering with factory operations
• Driving regular sessions with business factory leadership to set priorities and align business objectives
• Local IT vendors and contractors’ management, and service fulfilment monitoring
• Act as main point of contact for IT Severity 1 incidents providing local coordination and execution to ensure business continuity and minimize issues impacts
• Maintaining onsite operations coverage for DT factory resources
• Implementation and review of the security of DT systems in line with company policies, identifying and addressing cyber security compliance issues with cyber team
• Drafting of documentation and periodic reports on systems, applications, projects, activities

Requirements:

• C1 English
• Previous work experience (or equivalent) in project management and Service Delivery, preferable in IT field/ services
• Degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics or equivalent field
• Self-motivated, driven work ethic, keen attention to details, exceptional customer service orientation
• Ability to carry out activities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment within defined priorities and deadlines, providing evidence of achieved goals
• Good at time management and ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to work from Monday to Saturday
• Readiness to travel for business reasons
