HR Data Management and Project Manager/Assistant Manager

We are looking for data management and project managers with the following qualifications to work in Human Resources Data Management and multinational projects.

  • A degree in Engineering or Statistics is preferred,
  • Knowledge of data preparation, data transformation, data modeling and data control,
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail,
  • Ability to follow KVKK and GDPR legislation,
  • Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Responsible, strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Has experience in project management, analysis, and testing processes,
  • MSSQL, Oracle, Qlik, SAP BO and MS Office tools knowledge is a plus,
  • Data management tools such as Informatica, ABInitio is a plus
