Job Description

  • Assist the Head of Personnel, HSE, and General Services with various HR processes
  • Manage personnel administration, including invoices, reimbursements, contracts, letters, and forms
  • Monitor contract expirations and assist in the tendering process for contract renewals/new contracts
  • Update and manage expenses for the Work-related Costs Scheme
  • Perform absence registration (maternity, unpaid leave, vacation days, sickness, mission)
  • Maintain HR administration and personnel databases (both digital and physical files)
  • Support expatriates with settlement processes (registration, 30% ruling, housing, benefits, etc.)
  • Assist in HR projects such as employee development, salary benchmarking, and procedure updates
  • Support expatriate income tax processes
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including invitations and scheduling
  • Archive and maintain digital HR documents
  • Support HSE activities, including updating documents and performing workplace assessments
  • Assist with HSE contract administration and monitor expiration dates
  • Organize health initiatives and assist with ARBO (working conditions) actions
  • Manage office supplies stock and assist with General Services contracts administration
  • Oversee the office's insurances portfolio and offsite storage management

The Successful Applicant

  • MBO/MBO+ education with relevant experience in the HR field
  • Strong Dutch and English language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy
  • Service-focused, flexible, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Available to work 40 hours per week
